How do I apply for an apartment?

We have rooms available for showcase throughout the year. You can come see a room during our office hours (Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm) and one of our friendly staff members will be available to answer any questions for you. Pre-leasing starts early next year! To secure an apartment, you will need to provide us with a Fully-Refundable Initial Deposit. Drop by our office during pre-leasing (starting January 2017) to find out more information on availability and pricing! Please email cityparkusc@gmail.com with your name, number, email, preference of 2 or 3 bedroom apartment, and number of tenants to be added to our Reservations List for 2017-2018 Leasing.

Do I need to have a roommate to live at CityPark?

You are not required to have a roommate to live at City Park. Rent is a fixed rate that applies to the entire apartment regardless of the number of roommates. The maximum number of allowed tenants in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is 4 people and a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom is 6 people.

Can I rent furniture from CityPark?

We do not offer furniture for rent. You will need to either purchase your own furniture or find a company to rent from.

How do I get my security deposit back after I move out?

After we inspect your apartment for damages and cleanliness, we will mail a check to the address provided within 21 days after move-out. If you do not provide us with your forwarding address, we will not be able to mail you your security deposit. You also have the option for "Office Pick-Up" if you prefer to be called once your deposit check has arrived in the City Park Leasing Office.
