After we check your apartment and make sure there has been no significant damages and is reasonably clean, we will mail a check to the address which you provide us when you move out. If you do not provide us with the address of your next immediate residence, we cannot mail you the security deposit. Remember, the entire security deposit is not guaranteed to be refunded to you if we feel that your apartment is in a considerably worse condition than at the beginning of your lease.
