Dear Tenants:
If you are going to sublease your
apartment within your lease term, you have to notify our leasing
office and we will run a
credit check on whoever is going to sublease from you. Please
remember you are still fully responsible for your apartment.

Come to our management office to fill out an application and
Lease Guarantor form. You can also download the Application form
(Microsoft Excel) and the Lease Guarantor form (Microsoft Word) and
turn it in to our office (please make sure to print both pages of
the application form).
We
will proceed to run a credit check. If there are no problems, and
assuming we have a vacancy for you, we will
notify you to come in and meet with the
manager.
Discuss with the
manager your rental preference and choose an apartment
that best suits your needs.
Pay your security deposit. This amount
is determined by the manager after an
apartment has been chosen and other issues (such as
refrigerator rental) have been
discussed.
Pick a move-in
date and length of term on your leasing contract.
Sign the lease.
