We have had several questions regarding parking that we will address here. City Park allows one car per person per lease. The maximum number of cars per 2-BR apartment is 2. The maximum number of cars per 3-BR apartment is 3.

To further clarify, if you live in a 3-BR apartment and share 1 car amongst 3-6 tenants, you CANNOT have 2 other cars whose owners are NOT on the lease park in the garage. This concerns the safety of City Park tenants and we apologize that we are not able to make any exceptions. If your name is on the lease and you would like a parking space for a car registered under your name of your parents' name, we will be happy to assist you (assuming you have not exceeded your quota for garage space).
