Early Bird Discount for 2025-2026 Rent!

Reserve by Feb 28th, 2025 and pay only $2950 (regular rent $3000) for a 2B2B unit or only $3550 (regular rent $3600) for a 3B2B unit. Save $50 per month by securing your spot early! A deposit need to be put down for the reservation.

Moderate and Low income programs available on a first come, first served basis. Rent is $2500+ per month for a 2 Bed 2 Bath unit only! Subject to LAHD & City Park Apartment approval. Prospect tenants with part-time or full-time employment can qualify. Refer to Moderate and low income program under the accommodation tab for more details.

To reserve a unit, a one-month deposit is required. Please ensure that the deposit is paid through either a Cashier’s Check or Money Order (personal checks are not accepted). The payment should be made payable to City Park Apartments.

Additionally, a total move-in cost is due upon signing the lease. This includes the application fee, prepaid rent for August, and other associated fees. For more details on the leasing procedure, please check under the Lease/Documents tab.
