Moderate and Low income programs available for 2B2B, 1B1B and studio, speak with the on-site manager for more details.

Moderate and Low income programs available on a first come, first served basis. Subject to LAHD & City Park Apartment approval. Prospect tenants with part-time or full-time employment can qualify.

Could I apply for the Moderate and Low income program?

The program requires at least one tenant in the entire apartment who has a part-time job. full-time job, or paid internship. Even tenants with upcoming jobs in August/Fall semester can apply.

What materials do I need to provide for the application?

Please understand that the application process would require all tenants in that unit to apply as a "household" and provide the necessary documents, including past 3-months bank statements, past 3-months pay stubs (if applicable), offer letters (if applicable), and student transcripts. Additional documents may be required.

Before filling out the forms, please take a moment to calculate your overall income from all tenants. It is important to note that both job salaries and parents' gift living expenses count towards the income. If your overall income exceeds the limit of $100,000 (2B2B) or $70,000 (1B1B or studio), unfortunately, you may not be eligible for the program. If you have any questions about your eligibility, please do not hesitate to visit the leasing office and speak with Laura.

What is the chance for my application to be approved by LAHD?

Please be aware that subleasing is not allowed if you apply for the moderate income program.

What is the limitation after the signing the lease?
